Our main job is to listen to your idea and then as part of our services we can render
Assistance with the formulation of the plan
Selecting the perfect locations
Taking care of any land or boat transportation, shuttle service, chartering of yachts and etc.
Reserve Hotels, meeting rooms and equipment
Arrangements for Catering, food vouchers, restaurant reservations, special menus and/or decorations
Provide Meet and Greet services if required
Suggest new ideas and ways to embellish a plan
Take care of all contract negotiations and payment to vendors
Set up teambuilding activities
Hire the entertainment, plan tours, arrange any special appointments
We’ll take care of the numerous details keeping the stress off of you!
